In order to adhere to strong hygiene practices, we do not accept refunds. It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure you are reading product descriptions and selecting the right product at time of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible, you have 7 days to notify us of any issues. Please contact us via email at sales@indifferentavocado.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted, it is your responsibility as the customer to ensure you are selecting the right product at time of purchase.
